Rome to Brooklyn was started by long time pizza chef Aurel, a life long Brooklyn resident who has been slinging pies for almost 20 years now. He's worked with some of the best in the business, making pies ranging from Neapolitan style at Enoteca on court to New York classics at Williamsburg pizza, to Detroit style at Emmy squared. His passion shows in every pie that we serve to our customers. Aurel insists on using the finest ingredients wether they be imported from Italy or locally sourced. We do not cut corners because to us this is more than just pizza, it's a way of life. Thank you for sharing our passion with us and we hope to be serving Brooklyn our delicious pies for years to come.
