Founded by Aurel, a Brooklyn native with over 20 years of experience, Rome to Brooklyn is the result of a lifetime spent working in some of New York’s most respected pizza kitchens. From classic New York slices to Neapolitan and Detroit styles, every pie we make reflects years of learning, refining, and obsessing over the craft.

Our menu blends traditional New York pizza with inspiration from Italy, from crispy grandma pies to creative combinations like vodka, burrata, and pesto. Everything we serve is made with intention — whether it’s imported ingredients from Italy or the way we stretch and bake every pie.
